

Stay up and talk all night seems to have become a lifestyle accepted as a normal thing in our community. The reason may be due to complete the work that had not done the day before, learning all night because of the exam the next day, or even because they want to club until the morning. Do not forget to sleep the night is very important and needed by our body. Found the fact that adequate sleep can sharpen our minds.
Recently, researchers from the University of Genewa in Switzerland show the results of their findings, which involved a group of participants about the relationship between sleep and memories of the night in the Conference Community Federation of European Neuroscience.
In this study the participants must remember the images shown by the researchers. They are also asked to connect the dots moving on a computer screen using the joystick. At night, some of them are allowed to sleep in a normal night, while others may only siesta.
The next day, all participants are required to follow the dots on the screen and mentioned the picture, while their brain similar to install monitoring equipment.
The result is that the participants enough sleep at night have the ability, given better than those who sleep less!
