Toyota Motor Co. plans to produce electric car, the car will be displayed at Detroit Auto Show that took place 11 to 25 January 2009.
This concept car called Toyota FT-EV, which taken from the Toyota iQ. It’s for four people, this tiny car is expected to run as far as 80 kilometers without using gasoline.
Toyota will start the FT-EV in 2012 in Japan, and then follow in Australia. The price offered around USD20,000.
It’s interesting that this vehicle. This car can be a priority for the new market in Australia. And I see there is likely to shift in the market for this type of vehicle such as the future began in 2012.
