I use Pro Pedals USB with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004, and have no problem with it. These are perhaps the best add-on that I ever bought my PC feel more than the real thing.
I do not know use the Sims as a brake and accelerator pedal (I have a Logitech Wingman FF wheel), but for the flight Sims, these are great add-on.
You must have for all-hard fan of flight simulation!
